On the morning of April 30, our design, marketing, and management teams—who usually focus intently on the R&D and production of precision Forming Equipment—temporarily set aside their blueprints and parameters and gathered in full gear in front of the company building. As the start signal rang out, our hiking team marched mightily toward the planned ecological greenway. The spring breeze brushed our faces, team flags fluttered in the wind, and the sounds of laughter and steady footsteps intertwined into an uplifting prelude.
The hiking route was about 10 kilometers in total, with team checkpoints and fun collaborative activities set up along the way. This was not only a test of physical strength, but also a challenge of intelligence and teamwork. As we progressed, facing ups and downs along the path, everyone encouraged each other and lent a helping hand. Departments broke down their usual barriers, thinking together and working together.
Colleagues from production and R&D walked side by side, the usually meticulous engineers showed a lively side; the marketing team members took on the role of the "energy squad," cheering on their slightly fatigued companions. Sweat soaked through their clothes, but everyone's face radiated the joy of pushing their own limits.
After nearly four hours of trekking, all members reached the finish line—no one was left behind. During the sharing session at the finish line, several new and veteran employees emotionally recounted touching moments from the hike. Our company's general manager summed up the event: "Choosing to hike on the last day before the May Day break carries profound meaning. This is not only a 'refresh' for our bodies, but also a 'normalization' for our company spirit. A Forming Machine is all about precision and stability, and our team is the strongest 'core component' of this company."
