Fruit and vegetable vacuum packaging, "Magic" stickers for longer shelf life!
Polish food technology company Fresh Inset has introduced its food preservative Vidre+ Complex to the US market. It is used for packaging fresh agricultural products and can extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables.
Once triggered by moisture, Vidre+ gradually releases ethylene inhibitors over time. Vidre+ is effective for cherries, blueberries, raspberries, table grapes, sour oranges, tomatoes, avocados, leafy vegetables, broccoli, peppers, etc. After harvest, it achieves "maximum effect" during storage, transportation, and retail.

Using Vidre+ to extend the shelf life of produce is nothing new. However, it has been taken to the next level with dose flexibility and stepwise release technology that is simple to operate, affordable and improves profitability.
