Final Stretch Without Slack – Factory Pushes Forward with Multiple Molds and Equipment Deliveries
Walking into the production workshop of Wenzhou Bocheng Machinery, the air carries a rhythm that is intense yet orderly. Recently, multiple Forming Machine projects and accompanying molds have simultaneously entered their final stages. The workshop team is racing against time while maintaining millimeter-level precision.

Roaring Machines, Interweaving Figures
At 9 a.m., the assembly area is already bustling. Three servo Forming Machines of different specifications are undergoing final circuit connections and hydraulic line leak testes. On nearby workbenches, several precision molds are lined up. Several technicians are manually trimming die lips using oil stones. "The customer is waiting for sample runs. We must complete all mold closure tests by this afternoon," says the assembly team leader, his wrench never stopping as he speaks.
Testing Zone: Round-the-Clock "Simulated Exams"
The finished product testing area is equally bright with lights. Two units destined for overseas are undergoing 72-hour continuous running tests. On the screens, curves for pressure, temperature, and cycle time remain smooth as a line. Engineers record data every two hours; any abnormal fluctuation triggers an alarm. Meanwhile, several molds are going through cyclically sampling on another machine, and every molded part must pass the "dual judgment" of calipers and an optical Imaging system.
Working Overtime, With Warmth
At 7 p.m., the workshop remains brightly lit. The last reinforcing weld in the welding area has just been finished. Debugging engineer are still entering final parameters. The engineer is methodically reviewing factory reports. "Stay intense but not chaotic; work hard but without mistakes" — this is a phrase on everyone's lips.
Delivery Approaches, Confidence Unshaken
"The final stage often tests people the most. We have to settle all outstanding tasks from previous steps while avoiding errors caused by rushing," says the production manager during his rounds. "All current closing projects are advancing according to schedule. We are confident in completing all shipments within this month."
As the protective film is peeled off the last piece of equipment and rust-preventive oil is evenly applied to the final mold, what awaits them is another round of non-stop operation at the customer's factory. And back in this workshop, the next batch of blanks is already lined up in the material preparation area — busyness is the norm at our company, and also our commitment.
