    Guaranty Terms We seller guarantee the machines are new and the guarantee period will be given 12 months which starts from the date of the machine's arrival. During this period, the seller will provide free maintenance and free spare parts that caused by the machine's quality.

    Dual-rod automatic coil feeding device reduces sheet roll replacement frequency and boosts production efficiency. Its maximum load capacity reaches approximately 1000 kg and diameter 1000mm. Chain-type motor drive system.

    Heating System

    The heating furnace is four times the length of the forming station and fabricated from heat-resistant stainless steel. It adopts far-infrared ceramic heaters ensuring uniform heating. Adopting Delta temperature control module with memory function for constant temperature regulation. One-key full-speed heating and one-key full-speed cooling are available for easy operation. Independent temperature control (1 heater, 1 controller) near the forming section; temperature regulated via touch screen for higher precision. Equipped with anti-sag cursor devices and protective wire mesh, it effectively prevents materials from falling into the oven and eliminates potential safety hazards.

Driven by a total of 5 servo motors: two 5.5 Kw servos for upper and lower plates, one 3 kW auxiliary stretching servo motor, and servo control for upper plate height adjustment and plate movement.
