1	Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)	Adopting INOVANCE PLC programmable control system and human-machine interface color touch screen. INOVANCE 10-inch HMI with remote help function, supporting English and multi-language operation.
2	Sheet loading system	Dual-rod automatic coil feeding device reduces sheet roll replacement frequency and boosts production efficiency. Its maximum load capacity reaches approximately 1000 kg and diameter 1000mm. Chain-type motor drive system.
3	Heating system	The heating furnace is four times the length of the forming station and fabricated from heat-resistant stainless steel. It adopts far-infrared ceramic heaters ensuring uniform heating. Adopting Delta temperature control module with memory function for constant temperature regulation. One-key full-speed heating and one-key full-speed cooling are available for easy operation. Independent temperature control (1 heater, 1 controller) near the forming section; temperature regulated via touch screen for higher precision. Equipped with anti-sag cursor devices and protective wire mesh, it effectively prevents materials from falling into the oven and eliminates potential safety hazards.
4	Servo Forming station	Equipped with a 5-fulcrum structure for higher operational stability. The station is driven by a total of 5 servo motors: two 5.5 Kw servos for upper and lower plates, one 3 kW auxiliary stretching servo motor, and servo control for upper plate height adjustment and plate movement. It is equipped with 200L air tanks for positive and negative pressure. The maximum forming area is 720×510 mm, and the maximum vertical forming stroke is 150 mm. Customized higher forming height is available upon customer request. Equipped with static elimination device.
5	Servo Punching station	Equipped with a 5-fulcrum structure for higher operational stability. The station is driven by a total of 4 servo motors: two 5.5Kw servos for upper and lower plates, and servo control for upper plate height adjustment and plate movement. The maximum working plate area is 720×510 mm, and the maximum vertical forming stroke is 150 mm. Customized higher forming height is available upon customer request.
6	Servo Cutting station	Equipped with a 5-fulcrum structure for higher operational stability. The station is driven by a total of 4 servo motors: two 7 Kw servos for upper and lower plates, and servo control for upper plate height adjustment and plate movement. The maximum working plate area is 720×510 mm, and the maximum vertical forming stroke is 150 mm. Customized higher forming height is available upon customer request.
7	Memory function	All station positions are equipped with data memory functions to store and recall parameters, greatly shortening machine startup time.
8	Mold installation	Automatic positioning pneumatic mold locking system.
9	Mold	The mold is made of professional mold-grade aluminum. Its optimized water and air channel design enables fast mold startup and high operational efficiency.
10	Online Crusher	Online automatic crushing of edge trims.
11	Servo Feeding system	Water-cooled integrated rail, customized double-row pin-type ultra-hard chain with positioning wheels. The rail width is servo-controlled to support digital parameter setting and memory storage.
12	Surface Process	It adopts tempered glass sliding doors, and all metal surfaces undergo anti-rust treatment. This design lowers operating noise and enables easy cleaning.
13	Self Lubrication system	Equipped with an intelligent lubrication system for easy maintenance, which performs automatic timed quantitative lubrication.
