| Installation |
We will send technician to your company for machine installation, debugging and training. Accordingly, the buyer shall bear all expenses required by our technician during their stay in your country, including round-trip air tickets, accommodation, and food etc. The technician's salary cover by the buyer during to door service. It's $150 per day. |
| Guaranty Terms | We seller guarantee the machines are new and the guarantee period will be given 12 months which starts from the date of the machine's arrival. During this period, the seller will provide free maintenance and free spare parts that caused by the machine's quality. |

Machine Function Description
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
Adopts INOVANCE PLC programmable controller and human-machine interface, equipped with 10-inch color touch screen system. It effectively enhances operational stability and response speed of all mechanical actions.
Electrical cabinet No.1
Electrical cabinet No.1 is installed at the material unwinding station, fully assembled with complete components and servo drives, equipped with high-power fan for heat dissipation.
Electrical cabinet No.2
Electrical cabinet No.2 is mounted below the oven, fitted with complete components and temperature modules, and cooled by a high-power fan.
Oven
The oven length is three times that of the forming station, constructed from heat-resistant stainless steel. It adopts domestic far-infrared ceramic heating elements and heat-resistant cables with over current protection, enabling uniform heating for hard-to-process and high-temperature resistant materials. The finished product yield reaches 99.9%. Adopt Delta temperature control module with memory function, supporting one-key full automatic heating and cooling adjustment.
Forming station
Equipped with 5 supporting points for enhanced stability, driven by an independent 4.4kW servo motor. Two 100L air tanks are configured for positive and negative pressure control, ensuring high forming precision and smooth bottom molding. The maximum forming size is 600×500mm with adjustable forming depth up to 100mm. Custom height adjustment is available as requested.
Punching station
Equipped with 5 supporting points for enhanced stability, driven by an independent 4.4kW servo motor. The maximum working plate size is 600×500mm with adjustable working depth up to 100mm
Cutting station
Equipped with 5 supporting points for enhanced stability, driven by an independent 5.5kW servo motor. The maximum working plate size is 600×500mm with adjustable working depth up to 100mm
Stacking station
Driven by a 1.8kW INOVANCE servo motor. Features automatic counting and stacking, equipped with one 20L air tank.
Unwinding
Torque motor driven unwinding mechanism with adjustable speed
Feeding system
Dual-shaft automatic coil feeding device reduces roll replacement frequency and boosts working efficiency, with a load capacity of around 600kg.
Lubrication system
Equipped with an intelligent lubrication system for easy maintenance, which performs automatic timed quantitative lubrication.
