3. Heating system
It is divided into upper furnace (10 zones and 14 rows) and lower furnace (9 zones and 14 rows). The heating tile adopts embedded ceramic far-infrared radiation component, single heating power is 800W, high thermal effect and high safety. The electric furnace is embedded with vacuum insulation cotton, which makes the temperature more concentrated and saves energy.
4. Conveying system and lubrication system
4.5KW servo motor is used for conveying pieces to improve the accuracy and stability of conveying length. The guide rail is made of die steel (38crMulv) with surface nitriding treatment, high hardness and long service life.
The electric lubricating oil pump is controlled by the computer, and the lubricating oil is injected into the mechanical structure automatically and quantitatively to prolong the service life of the machine.
