Function Brief Introduction

The machine mainly consists of three working positions: forming, cutting and stacking. During operation, the plastic sheet is fed into the machine, where it is then heated and formed into the desired shape using both positive and negative pressure techniques. Afterward, the formed product is automatically cut to the accurate size and shape according to the pre-programmed die and the stacking station will automatically collect and and count the final products, and the scrap rewinder will roll the scrap sheet automatically.
