Details Overview

This machine mainly consists of three stations: forming station, cuttiing station, and stacking station.

Forming station: At this station, the machine performs the process of heating the plastic sheet to a specific temperature, then drawing it onto a mold using positive and negative pressure to form the desired shape.

Cutting station: After the forming process, the machine moves to the cutting station where it performs the operation of cutting out the formed products according to the required shape and size.

Stacking station: The final station is the stacking station, where the finished products are automatically stacked and collected, ready for further processing or packaging.
